Speaking with Clarity

One of our clients shared this video with me today and it reminded me of the importance of speaking and writing with clarity. With IM, texting, Facebook statuses, tweets and more, we're encouraged to add in humor, personality and abbreviations to our communications. These all have a place. But let's not forget the beauty of a well-crafted sentence.
