InkHouse Has a New President and a New Boston General Manager

Jun 12, 2018 Beth Monaghan

As I type this, it’s official: Jason Morris, the man who built our San Francisco presence, is our new agency president. In this role, he will be focused on agency-wide operations, notably client retention, agency culture, team allocations and growth strategies. He will continue operating out of our San Francisco office.

Concurrently, Alison Morra has been named general manager of the Boston headquarters and executive vice president. She’ll oversee operations and client service for the Boston office, and will also work closely with Jason overseeing agency operations, including HR. She will also be heading up internal communications for all of InkHouse.

These new roles are reflective of InkHouse’s growth, which includes our thriving San Francisco office and our newest office in New York, which now has eleven employees and is led by Nicole Bestard. I, of course, am remaining in my role as CEO in which I split my time across our offices and across select strategic client engagements.

Tina Cassidy will also continue in her role across the agency as chief content officer and executive vice president where she oversees our GoodInk practice and our digital practice (in case you missed it, our new VP of Digital Marketing Angela Trapasso shares some thoughts here).

We're evolving the agency senior management team to better support our current phase of growth, and our future amazing potential. This shift is an important catalyst for cross-office collaboration and executive management. Having Jason dive deeply into his new role will help all of our offices grow more efficiently while we ensure a unified view of the agency overall.

I count myself lucky to get to work with the InkHouse executive management team every single day. Jason is a leader whose team would follow him into the abyss, because they know if he asked that of them, he’d be doing it for a good reason that would end well. If you’ve met Alison for one minute, you already know that she's one of the most resourceful, organized and strategic people out there. She's kind and pragmatic, insightful and creative. Together with Tina and Nicole, we have big plans for InkHouse, our clients and our team.
